Ingredients
  • 1 Teaspoon Olive Oil
  • 20 Ounce Bag of Frozen Meatballs
  • 1 Lbs Slice Mushrooms
  • 1 Cup Onions (diced)
  • 1 16 Ounce Box Rotini Pasta (uncooked)
  • 3 Cup Beef Stock
  • 1 Can Condensed Cream of Mushroom Soup
  • 1 Tablespoon Soy Sauce
  • 1 Tablespoon Pepper
  • 1 Teaspoon Dried Rosemary
Steps
  1. Spread olive oil evenly over bottom of Instant Pot, and add meatballs.
  2. Add pasta over meatballs, then the sliced mushrooms and onion.
  3. Add remaining ingredients.
  4. Pour stock/water around sides and over the pasta. Do Not Stir!!!
  5. Cover with lid, and turn vent to Sealing position
  6. Cook on HP for 4 minutes with a QR.
  7. When pin drops, carefully open lid and stir pasta and sauce together, then it is ready to serve.
