14 ounce package of Caramels (in America, you can use a bag of the caramel bites, in the UK, find soft caramels, not fudge)

⅓ cup Evaporated Milk

1 package German Chocolate Cake Mix (or, in the UK, any chocolate cake mix as I don't believe they have German Chocolate there)

¾ cup Butter, melted

6 ounces Chocolate Chips

1 cup Nuts (or not)
