Ingredients
  • 1 cup pitted dates (8 oz)
  • 2 tbsp. cocoa powder
  • ¼ c smooth peanut butter
  • ¾ cup cashews or walnuts or any raw nut
  •  
Steps
  1. 1. Put dates in food processor and process till smooth.
  2. 2. Add other ingredients and process until blended
  3. 3. Press in a pan or into ice cube trays
  4. 4. Store in refrigerator or freeze
