  • 2 tbsp. Avocado Oil for searing the beef

  • 1 tbsp. Garlic Powder
  • 2 tsp. Coriander
  • 1 tbsp. Fennel
  • 1 tbsp. Smoky Paprika
  • 1 tbsp. Basil
  • 1 tbsp. Oregano
  • 1 tbsp. Thyme
  • 1 tbsp. Rosemary
  • 3 Whole Bay Leaves leave this separate from the blend
