Saucy Sausages

Ingredients
  • 8 sausage
  • 1 onion thinly sliced
  • 2 bacon rashers diced
  • ½ red capsicum diced
  • 3 mushrooms sliced
  • 440 g can condensed tomato soup
Steps
  1. STEP 1 Fry the sausages until brown, remove from the pan and cut into 1.5 cm sized chunks.
  2. STEP 2 Fry the onion, bacon and capsicum for 5 minutes. Return the sausages to the pan with the mushrooms and the can of soup.
  3. STEP 3 Simmer for 20 minutes until the vegetables and sausages are cooked.
  4. STEP 4 Serve with rice or mashed potato and vegetables.
