Old-country Pot Roast and Spaghetti

Ingredients
  • 2lb chuck roast 2in thick
  • 1 clove garlic slivered
  • 2 tablespoons pure veg oil
  • 2 tablespoons butter
  • 1 clove garlic, minced
  • 1 small onion, chopped
  • 2 tsp oregano
  • 1 tsp thyme
  • 1 tsp salt
  • ¼ tsp pepper
  • ⅛ Tsp cinnamon
  • 2 15oz cans hunts tomato sauce
  • 1 cup water
  • 1 lb spaghetti
Steps
  1. Make for slits in roast and insert garlic slivers. Heat oil and butter in large cattle or Dutch oven. Brown meat on all sides. Remove me. Add minced garlic onion and seasoning sauté until onions are soft. Add Hunts sauce and water and drowned me to Carol. Bring to boil and simmer covered about two hours until tender turn me occasionally sliced meat skim fat from sauce and serve over spaghetti with me along side sprinkle all with Parmesan
