Ingredients
  • 100g ripe sourdough starter (100% hydration)
  • 270g water, lukewarm
  • 9g kosher salt
  • 40g honey
  • 28g (2T) butter, melted
  • 360g whole wheat flour, plus extra for rolling/cutting (I freshly milled hard white wheat berries)
  • Semolina (or cornmeal) for dusting
