Big Mac in a Bowl-Low Carb Recipes
Ingredients
  • 2 pounds of super lean ground beef (I love to use Laura’s)
  • 1 medium chopped onion
  • 1 head of iceberg lettuce
  • 1 ½ cups of chopped dill pickles
  • Thousand Island dressing (look for 4 g. of carbs or lower per 2 T. serving)
  • 2 cups of shredded cheddar cheese
