Cindy’s Perogies
Ingredients
  • 2 onions
  • Large bag perogies 2L
  • ⅓ lb butter
  • ¼ cup water
Steps
  1. In microwavable bowl with cover
  2. Chop at least 2 onions
  3. Add about ⅓ lb butter and about ¼ cup water
  4. Microwave until onions are softened (2 to 4 minutes)
  5. Boil water and add frozen perogies. Bring back to a boil and simmer for about 4 minutes.
  6. Put in casserole dish with layers of the butter mixture to keep them from sticking together.
  7. When reheating it is good if you can shake them once in a while to keep them from sticking
