Bobby's Steamed Mussels
Ingredients

  • 2 tablespoons chopped fresh flat-leaf parsley, plus more for garnish
  • 1 teaspoon red chile flakes
  • 3 tablespoons unsalted butter, cold
  • 1 French baguette, torn into large pieces
