Whole30 Paleo Tuna Salad
Ingredients
  • 2 5-ounce cans wild caught tuna
  • 4 to 5 tablespoons Homemade Paleo Mayonnaise
  • 1 Medjool dates soaked in water for 20 minutes and drained
  • 1 tablespoon Nature's Intent apple cider vinegar
  • 2 red bell peppers finely diced
  • 1 ½ cups broccoli florets steamed
  • 1 small red onion finely diced
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • sea salt to taste
  • black pepper to taste
