Ingredients
- 1 cup full fat coconut milk
- ¼ cup chia seeds
- ¾ tsp chai spice blend
- ¼ tsp vanilla extract
- 10 drops liquid stevia
- subheading: Chia spice blend:
- 2 tsp ground cinnamon
- 2 tsp ground cardamom
- 1 tsp ground ginger
- 1 tsp ground cloves
- 1 tsp ground allspice
Steps
- 1. Stir the coconut milk, chia seeds, spice blend, vanilla, and stevia together in a bowl. Can use an immersion blender.
- 2. Divide mixture and refrigerate for 4 hours or overnight.
