Chia chia breakfast pudding

Ingredients
  • 1 cup full fat coconut milk
  • ¼ cup chia seeds
  • ¾ tsp chai spice blend
  • ¼ tsp vanilla extract
  • 10 drops liquid stevia
  •  
  • subheading: Chia spice blend:
  • 2 tsp ground cinnamon
  • 2 tsp ground cardamom
  • 1 tsp ground ginger
  • 1 tsp ground cloves
  • 1 tsp ground allspice
Steps
  1. 1. Stir the coconut milk, chia seeds, spice blend, vanilla, and stevia together in a bowl. Can use an immersion blender.
  2. 2. Divide mixture and refrigerate for 4 hours or overnight.
  3. 3. Add toppings when ready to eat.
