Jam Jumble Crumble Tart
Ingredients
  • 100 g (3½ oz) desiccated coconut
  • 100 g (3½ oz) caster sugar
  • 150 g (5 oz) butter, cold
  • 250 g (9 oz) plain flour
  • 2 tbsp beaten egg
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract (optional)
  • 340 g (12 oz) raspberry or strawberry jam (or whatever jam you have)
  • Whipped cream or vanilla ice cream, to serve
