Ingredients

  • 2 to 3 tablespoons olive oil

  • 14 oz coconut milk, full fat or light
  • 1 tablespoon garam masala
  • 1 teaspoon curry powder
  • 1 teaspoon dried coriander
  • 1 teaspoon turmeric
  • 1 cup frozen peas
  • 1 to 2 teaspoon salt, to taste

  • 2 to 3 cups cooked basmati rice
