No-Roll Coconut Oil Pie Crust
Ingredients
  • ½ cup gluten free oat flour
  • ½ cup tapioca starch
  • 1 cup finely ground blanched almond flour
  • ⅛ teaspoon salt
  • 1 tablespoon pure maple syrup
  • ¼ cup refined coconut oil cold from the fridge or firm at room temperature (NOT melted)
  • 3 to 4 tablespoon ice water
