Easy Vegan Tofu Scrambled "Eggs"
Ingredients
  • 1 to 2 tbsp extra-virgin olive oil, or other oil of your choice
  • 1- 12oz block organic firm or extra-firm tofu, drained but not pressed
  • ½ cup cashew milk, or other non-dairy milk of your choice
  • 1 tbsp nutritional yeast
  • ¼ tsp ground turmeric
  • ¼ tsp onion powder
  • ¼ tsp garlic powder
  • ⅛ tsp ground white pepper
  • ⅛ tsp cayenne pepper
  • ½ tsp Kala Namak, aka black salt*
