  • 3 Shallots
  • 2 tbsp Fresh thyme
  • 1 tsp Heavy cream
  • 2 tbsp White wine
  • ¼ Unsalted butter stick
  • ½ lb Parma prosciutto, thinly sliced
  • Kosher salt, to taste
  • Fresh ground black pepper, to taste
