  • Dijon mustard

  • 1 to 2 Tbsp of Furikake Seasoning
  • 1 Tsp of Black Pepper

  • 1 cup coconut milk from the can
  • 1 can chickpeas
  • 2 scallion or green onion stalks
  • 4 to 5 sprigs of thyme
  • ½ sweet potato diced
  • 1scotch bonnet pepper
  • 1 medium zucchini
  • ½ yellow onion
  • 3 garlic cloves
  • 2 tbsp My Vegan Kitchen Life™ Curry Powder
  • black pepper
  • ½ tsp cumin
  • 1 cup water

  • ½ cup Peanut butter

  • ¼ tsp Baking powder

  • ¼ tsp Salt
  • 1 tsp Vanilla
  • 1 tbsp Coconut oil
  • ½ cup Dark Chocolate chips
