Dragon chef Lo ma kai recipe:
Ingredients
  • 1) Glutinous Rice 600 gm soaking for 2 hours.
  • 2) 2 pcs Garlic Mince,
  • 3) 3 ONION Moderate size,
  • 4) 10 pcs Mushroom
  • 5) 3 Egg (cooked),
  • 6) Half chicken 4 cut (marinated 3 hours)
  • subheading: Seasoning:
  • 1) 2 tablespoon oyster sauce,
  • 2) 1tsp dark Soy Sauce,
  • 3) 1Tbsp teriyaki sauce.
  • 4) 2 tablespoon salt,
  • 5)1 teaspoon,
  • 6) 2 teaspoon sesame oil,
  • 7) water 200 ml.
Steps
  1. Preparation:  heat the oil in the pan, garlic mince and onion, stir Fried, Add in mushroom and fried with chicken (8 minutes) add in water and taste the gravy and kept it for later use. See video.
  2. subheading: Glutinous Rice Seasoning:
  3. 1) 2 tablespoon oyster sauce,
  4. 2) 1 tablespoon of sauce,
  5. 3) A dash of five Spice Powder. Put on the steam plate, steam for 45 minutes or until cooked (Seasoning can replace the person like).
