Chocolate Cheesecake Pudding

Ingredients
  • 12 oz. cream cheese, softened
  • 1 box (5oz.) chocolate cook-and-serve pudding
  • 2½ cups milk
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • Whipped cream and chocolate shavings for garnish
Steps
  1. 1. in large microwave safe bowl, use hand mixer to combine the cream cheese and dry pudding mix. Start on low and increase speed until the mixture is light and fluffy.
  2. 2. Whisk in the milk and heavy cream, gently blending.
  3. 3. Microwave the mixture according to package directions, until the chocolate has thickened to pudding consistency.
  4. 4. Spoon the pudding into 8 small bowls or ramekins. Press a sheet of plastic wrap on top and refridgerate until chilled about 30 minutes. when ready to serve, top each with a dollop of whipped cream and sprinkle with shaved chocolate.
