  • 1 tbsp minced garlic
  • 1 ½ tsp toasted sesame oil
  • ½ tsp powdered ginger
  • 1 ½ tbsp cornstarch or arrowroot
  • ¼ cup water
  • sesame seeds, optional for garnish
