Gluten-Free Chicken Nuggets

Ingredients
  • 1- ½ pounds chicken breast, cut into bite sized pieces (about 1-½”-2” pieces)
  • Salt and ground black pepper
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 tablespoon water
  • 1- ½ cups almond flour
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
  • 1 teaspoon paprika
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • ½ teaspoon chili powder
  •  
  • ¼ teaspoon cayenne (optional)
  • Avocado Oil Spray, or Avocado Oil (for cooking the chicken)
