Ingredients
- Butter Milk-250g (1 cup)
- Alternate of butter milk (1 cup milk 2 tbsp lemon juice or vinegar and leave it for 30mins.)
- subheading: Marinade:
- Salt to taste
- Chicken wings-half kg with skin (can use skinless as well if you don’t like skin)
- Cayenne Pepper powder-1 tsp or to taste
- Chilli flakes- ½ tsp
- White pepper powder-1 tbsp
- Ginger powder-1 tsp
- Garlic powder-1 tsp
- Coriander powder-1 tsp
- Turmeric- ¼ tsp
- Chicken stock cube-1 piece
- subheading: Additional Ingredients:
- All purpose flour-400g or as required
- Cold water as required
