  • 2 tablespoons reduced-sodium tamari (or coconut aminos)
  • 2 tablespoons rice wine vinegar
  • 1 to 2 tablespoons coconut sugar
  • 1 to 2 teaspoons ground ginger (or ¼-inch fresh, minced)
  • 1 to 2 teaspoons garlic powder (or 1 clove, minced)
  • pinch of crushed red pepper (optional)
