Keto Cup of Noodles (aka Egg Drop Soup)

Ingredients
  • Here we’re making a simplified version of our Egg Drop Soup!
  •  
  • ½ tablespoon unsalted butter,
  • 1 cup hot water
  • 1 ¼ teaspoons Better Than Bouillon Chicken Base
  • 1 egg, scrambled well
  •  
  • Macros: 147.5kcals, 11.7g fat, 7.6g protein, 1.9g net carbs per serving
Steps
  1. Add to a small saucepan over medium heat.
  2. Bring to a boil, and then turn the heat down slightly.
  3. Whisk 1 large egg in a small bowl, and slowly add the egg to the simmering liquid while stirring constantly.
  4. Pour the soup into a bowl or mug, and top with 1 teaspoon thinly sliced scallion. Enjoy!
