Ingredients

  • ½ cup coconut aminos sauce , or Braggs liquid aminos, soy sauce
  • 1 tablespoon onion , chopped
  • 2 cloves garlic , minced
  • ¼ cup nutritional yeast flakes
  • ½ teaspoon Italian seasoning
  • ½ teaspoon Cayenne pepper , (optional)
  • 4 cups quick cooking oats , or rolled oats
  • 1 cup cooked rice , or quinoa
  • 1 cup walnuts , chopped
  • ½ cup black beans , cooked
  • 1 tablespoon ground flax seeds
