¼ red onion, diced

1 cup black beans, drained & rinsed

1 red bell pepper, seeded & diced

1 cup corn, fresh or frozen

¼ bunch cilantro, chopped

subheading: Dressing:

3 T olive oil

juice from 1 lime

⅛ tsp salt

1 tsp chili powder
