  • 2 Tbsp bacon grease (or butter)
  • 2 cups sliced button mushrooms
  • 1 cup sliced yellow onions
  • ½ tsp Worcestershire sauce
  • ½ cup beef broth
  • ¼ cup sour cream
  • salt and pepper to taste
