Banana Chocolate Chip Cookies

½ cup unsalted butter, at room temperature

200g (1 cup) sugar

1 egg, at room temperature

227g (1 cup) of mashed bananas (about 2 ½ large bananas)

1 tsp. baking soda

240g (2 cup)s flour

pinch of salt

½ tsp. cinnamon

½ tsp. nutmeg

½ tsp. ground cloves

170g (1 cup) chocolate chips
