  • 2 teaspoons instant yeast
  • 1 teaspoon baking powder
  • 1 ½ teaspoons (9g) salt
  • 2 tablespoons (25g) olive oil
  • 1 ½ cups (340g) beer, at room temperature
  • note: Substitute unbleached all-purpose flour if you don't have semolina.
