Ingredients
- Ingredients 2 c. all purpose flour
- ¼ c. sugar
- 4 t. baking powder
- ½ t. salt
- 1 ⅓ c. milk
- ½ c. peanut butter (Glen recommended adding a little more in the video, so I added another big spoonful)
Steps
- Preheat oven to 325 degrees.
- Mix together dry ingredients.
- Mix in the milk, then the peanut butter.
- Scrape into greased loaf pan and bake for about 1 hour.
