Braised Greek Lamb with Olives and Feta
Ingredients
  • 4 x 130g large lamb leg steaks
  • 1 tbsp plain flour
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 large onion, cut into thin wedges
  • 2 tsp dried oregano
  • 400g can chopped tomatoes
  • 100g pitted black olives
  • 300g small new potatoes, quartered
  • Grated zest and juice of 1 orange
  • 150g feta, crumbled
  • 2 tbsp chopped fresh oregano or mint
