Smoked Italian Sausage and Peppers

I have 2 jobs, and I love my iPot!! It’s made me enjoy cooking!! (Now if someone would just invent self-cleaning dishes, I’d be sooo happy)!

Italian Sausages (I used Pork and Chicken)

3 to 4 Peppers (I used 2 Green, 1 Red and 1 Orange)

1 Onion

1 Teaspoon Basil

1 Teaspoon Oregano

2 to 3 Teaspoons of minced Garlic

2 to 3 Tablespoons of Olive Oil

2 to 3 Tablespoons of Butter

Salt and Pepper to taste
