Salted Caramel Oreo Icebox Cake
No-Bake Indulgence
Ingredients
  • 2 packages (14.3 oz each) Oreo cookies
  • 3 cups heavy whipping cream
  • ½ cup powdered sugar
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1 cup salted caramel sauce (store-bought or homemade)
  • Sea salt flakes (for garnish)
Steps
  1. subheading: Prepare Whipped Cream:
  2. In a large bowl, beat heavy whipping cream, powdered sugar, and vanilla extract until stiff peaks form.
  3. subheading: Layer Cake:
  4. Spread a thin layer of salted caramel sauce on the bottom of a 9x13-inch baking dish.
  5. Arrange a single layer of Oreo cookies over the caramel.
  6. Spread a layer of whipped cream over the cookies.
  7. Drizzle more salted caramel sauce over the whipped cream.
  8. Repeat layers (cookies, whipped cream, caramel) until you reach the top of the dish, ending with a layer of whipped cream.

  10. Cover and refrigerate for at least 4 hours or overnight, allowing the cookies to soften and flavors to meld.

  12. Before serving, drizzle additional salted caramel sauce over the top and sprinkle with sea salt flakes.
