  • 8 cups day-old French bread, torn into 1-inch cubes
  • 2 ½ cups milk
  • ½ cup heavy cream
  • 8 large eggs, beaten
  • ½ pound Pepper Jack Cheese, grated
  • ½ pound Monterey Jack Cheese, grated
  • ¾ teaspoon salt
  • ⅛ teaspoon freshly ground black pepper
  • ⅛ teaspoon cayenne
  • ¾ cup sour cream
  • ½ cup grated Parmesan cheese
