  • ½ tbsp vanilla extract
  • 2 large eggs, room temperature
  • 3 egg yolks, room temperature
  • 12 ladyfingers

  • 5 tbsp ( 65g) sugar
  • 7 tbsp (105ml) heavy whipping cream, cold
  • 3 oz ( 86g) mascarpone cheese, cool but not cold
