Iced Coffee Parfait
Ingredients

  • 150ml Whipping cream

  • 30g Icing sugar
  • 10g Kirsch or Cognac

  • 100g Water
  • 150g Caster sugar
  • 2g Arrowroot, diluted in a little water
  • subheading: For covering the parfait:
  • 150ml Whipping cream
  • 2 tbsp Caster sugar
  • 1 tsp Vanilla puree
