A unique pivot from traditional beef and noodles, this Chinese pig trotters bee hoon recipe combines this rice noodles with the same delicious sultry flavors you enjoy in you favorite takeout.
Ingredients

  • olive oil for frying (about 1 tablespoon)
  • 3 cloves minced garlic
  • ¼ cup carrots (julienned)
  • 1 (3.5 oz.) package shiitake mushrooms (sliced)
  • 1 chili pepper (julienned)
  • 1 can Nariscuss canned pig trotters
  • ½ pound Choy Sum
  • 2 sprigs springs onions, diced
  • 1 tablespoon oyster sauce
  • 1 tablespoon soy sauce
  • ground black pepper to taste
