Homemade Fish and Chips
Ingredients

  • 2 cups panko breadcrumbs

  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 tsp paprika
  • 1 tsp salt
  • ½ tsp pepper

  • 1.5 cups whole egg mayonnaise
  • 1 tbsp gherkins, finely diced
  • 1 tbsp capers, finely diced
  • 1 tbsp red onion, finely diced
  • 1 tbsp fresh dill, finely chopped (or fresh parsley if preferred)
  • 1 tbsp lemon juice
  • ½tsp salt
  • ½ tsp black pepper
