Full fat sour cream can be substituted for the yogurt.

Delicious piled high on Paleo Salmon Cakes
Ingredients
  • ½ C full fat Greek yogurt plain or sour cream
  • 1 tsp chives or green onions (scallions) chopped
  • 1 garlic clove, pressed or finely minced
  • 1 tsp lemon or lime juice
  • Salt and pepper to taste
Steps
  1. Mix yogurt, lemon juice, chopped chives and minced garlic in a small bowl.
  2. Add salt and pepper to taste.
  3. Let it sit for at least 15 minutes before serving for the flavors to blend.
