  • Burrata, for topping (optional)
  • Salt & pepper, to taste

  • 1 lb chicken breast, cubed into 1-inch pieces
  • Salt to taste
  • 1 tsp dried basil
  • 1 tsp dried parsley
  • 1 tsp rosemary flakes
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp oregano
  • 1 tsp black pepper
