  • 2tbsp oil
  • ¼tsp salt
  • 2tsp baking powder
  • 1tbsp apple cider vinegar
  • 1oz | 20g | ¼ cup whole psyllium husk

  • 5tbsp | 70ml | ⅓ cup water
  • 2tbsp soy sauce
  • 1tbsp sesame oil
  • 2 seaweed sheets

  • ❗You can substitute psyllium husk for flaxseed.
  • ❗ As a sesame oil alternative use any oil of your choice.
  • ❗Chia “caviar”  can be stored in the fridge for up to 3 days.
