  • ⅓ cup / 67 g granulated sugar
  • ⅓ cup / 30 g Dutch-process cocoa powder, sifted*
  • ⅓ cup / 80 g full fat sour cream, at room temperature
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • pinch fine sea salt
