  • 1 tablespoon flour
  • 350ml chicken stock
  • 1 teaspoon Dijon mustard
  • 2 tablespoon Crème Fraiche (or thickened or sour cream)
  • few sprigs of fresh thyme and rosemary
  • ½ teaspoon ground nutmeg
  • 50g grated tasty cheese
  • puff pastry sheets
  • 1 egg (lightly beaten)
  • salt and pepper
