Homemade Vegan Ramen Seasoning (Bonus Soup Recipe)
Ingredients
  • subheading: RAMEN SEASONING:
  • 1 tablespoon garlic powder
  • 1 tablespoon onion powder
  • 1 ½ tablespoons onion flakes
  • 1 tablespoon dried parsley
  • 1 tablespoon dried green onions
  • 1 tablespoon coconut sugar (use regular if you don't have this)
  • 1 teaspoon ground ginger (use 1 ½ teaspoons if you want it spicier)
  • 1 teaspoon toasted sesame seeds
  • 1 teaspoon chili powder
  • 1 teaspoon paprika
  • 2 teaspoons fine sea salt (I used Himalayan pink salt)
  • ¼ teaspoon ground black pepper (use ½ tsp for spicier)
  • subheading: HOW TO MAKE THE RAMEN SOUP:
  • 1 ½ cups low-sodium vegetable broth
  • 1 tablespoon of the above ramen seasoning
  • 1 teaspoon low-sodium soy sauce
  • 1 2 oz package ramen noodles (see NOTES at bottom)
  • optional veggies: I added sweet red bell peppers, green onions, baby bok choy and smoked tofu. SO GOOD
