Stuffed Bell peppers
Ingredients
  • Cooked bacon, set aside & drain grease, except leave a little in.
  • Cook some chopped onion,
  • add hamburger, brown it up;
  • add cumin, chili powder, smoked paprika, garlic, oregano,
  • 15 oz can of diced tomatoes,
  • 15 oz can of beef broth & simmer until thickened!
Steps
  1. Put in bell peppers (clean out the seeds) stuff with mixture, top with bacon pieces & top with cheese. Put in oven at 350 for 20 minutes & Wa La!!! . All from scratch & no processed foods!!
