cabbage and potatoes

Ingredients
  • 1 stick butter
  • 1 white onion chopped
  • 20 ounce angel hair or finely shredded cabbage
  • 5 potatoes, gold is best
Steps
  1. put whole potatoes on to boil
  2. saute onion in butter until translucent
  3. add cabbage and saute over low heat until tender
  4. add peeled and cooked potato and stir well and season to taste
