Pumpkin spice microwave breakfast keto quick loaf

Delicious breakfast loaf in 5 minutes. Much lighter texture than a traditional mug cake.
Ingredients
- 4 large eggs
- ¼C Two Good vanilla yogurt (or sub. softened cream cheese)
- ¼C Olive oil
- 2T almond flour
- 2T coconut flour
- 2T Pyure (or 4T erythritol)
- 1T pumpkin pie spice
- 1t baking powder
- ⅛t salt
- subheading: Optional butter topping:
- 2T butter
- 1t pyure
- 1t pumpin pie spice
Steps
- Use a plastic dish roughly 6x9, lightly oiling can help the loaf pop out
- Mix wet ingredients until smooth
- Add dry ingredients, mix until smooth
- Microwave on high about 5 minutes
- subheading: Optional:
- Melt butter, mix sweetener and spice, drizzle over top of loaf
- Best served warm
