Crispy Green Beans

Ingredients
  • 1 lb fresh green beans
  • 1 cup beef broth
  • 1 tbsp butter
  • Seasoning of choice
Steps
  1. Rinse the green beans and trim off the ends.
  2. Add the green beans to a medium sized pot with beef broth and bring to boil.
  3. Boil green beans (no lid) until the broth has cooked off completely.
  4. Add butter and seasonings and turn the heat down.
  5. Cook green beans in butter for 1 to 2 minutes or until they have some color on them.
  6. Transfer to bowl and serve.
