  • 1 tsp fine sea salt
  • 4 large eggs
  • ½ cup unsweetened macadamia or almond milk (or other milk of choice; I used Modest Mylk Unsweetened Macadamia Mylk Base with water)
  • ¼ cup extra virgin olive oil
  • 1 tbsp cider vinegar
